We’ll talk about where you can get some ideas for your videos. The importance of keywords a little bit about content creation and filming, we’ll talk about editing and producing your video, uploading and hosting it and most of all traffic generation.

First, where do you get ideas for your videos? But what you can do is go to video hosting sites like youtube.com and videogoogle.com and search for keywords similar to what you’re trying to promote. And what you’ll do is you’ll see videos of all different types, you’ll see really cheesy videos. To see something there is just poorly produced all the way up to the ultra professional and it will blow your mind. Don’t worry about that right now, just get some ideas and jot them down on the piece of paper. The 2nd thing we’ll want to focus on is keywords. You want to do a little bit of keywords research, in other words how will others will find your videos? What will they type in to the internet search engines to find what it is your marketing? Will it be your name? Maybe you’re products name or how about your programs name, or how about phrases? Like how to lose weight? Or how to drive traffic with Craig list, I think, you got the idea.
And number three is content creation, planning your video you want to use your notes for step number one. Now keep in mind that most videos are really short one to three minutes. Training videos like these one are in the five to ten minute range. YouTube and Google videos you have a ten minute max. Now if you have more than ten minutes of training then you might want to split it up into smaller videos. Now to film your video, you’ll need something like a digital cam recorder, maybe like the little flip videos, or like $149.00. Or you can use the digital camera that has video capabilities or you can use something as simple as the $50.00 webcam attached to your computer. And in your videos when you do your content that’s good to offer great content, information likes how to like this video.
Number four, producing an editing your video. The right tools can make all the difference. Sometimes that takes a harder research to find the right tools and you can just go nuts. I had to through forms and all over the place and I’m sure that if you’re doing this now. You’re start to look around a lot too, and there’s some tools that you already have like for instance. When it comes to editing your videos, you already have a free program that’s on your computer that you might not even known about. Free programs like windows moviemaker, which is on your PC or I-movie maker on your MAC and you, can go ahead and use those.
Number five is about uploading your video, where you can host your videos. In other words what servers are they going to be on? You can host some on YouTube or Google video and many other videos sharing websites for free. You just upload to them to those videos and you don’t have to pay any hosting charges that’s really great. When you upload them to those kind of sites, there’s a little embed code on the lot of them. And you can copy that embed code and you can paste it into your webpage and then your video will show up on webpage which is really great. Or if you can do this which is I think is the best you can host a video on your website, so it’s always there. There’s been times when you’ve gone to website you see a YouTube video and you click it and it says video no longer available. That’s because they host it on YouTube and then paste the embed code on their site and for some reason that video is now gone.
So if it hosted on your site then you know it will always be there, number six, traffic generation with your videos. This is where the fun begins and this is where you efforts really starts to payoff. If you have a really interesting or a pod or funny video, or something was a great content the people really looking for. Your video can go viral they can be put on blogs, they could be copied and put on other websites and they can be forwarded to people. And then it’s just amazing what can happen and a couple of excellent books on viral video marketing is at our website. And yes you’ve guessed it.

And number four, PowerPoint slideshow software I did this presentation in PowerPoint. if you don’t have Microsoft office you can go to open office.org and download their sweeter tools and you’ll have something very similar to PowerPoint for free. Some other tools you’ll need is editing software we’ve talked about windows moviemaker or Mac’s i-movie for free. A lot of online marketers use Sony Vegas so if you have some cash to work with you can move into their professional sweeter tools. And then number 6, you can also subscribe to some video uploads services. And what those do is they upload your videos to multiple directories and that can save you a ton of time to get you lot of traffic.
