How to Make a Wrapped Wire Loop

Speaker: The tools that you'll need are clippers, round nose pliers and crimped nose pliers. For the size of my Gem stones I am only using about 4 inches of wire. If your Gem stone or Bead is little bit larger you might want to use 6 inches. Just take the wire about an inch from the top and make a ninety degree bent, hold the wire right below the bent and take your round nose pliers and rock it backwards and forwards, this gives you a semi circle in the wire. Now, with your hands just bring it around to the front and now you have a loop. I would recommend while making your final loops, to use your pliers, just bring it around I am going to go for three loops, it's two and now this is three. We are going to bring it around to the front, now I need my clippers to cut of the excess wire. So there's a little bit poking out so just smash it down with your pliers, make sure it doesn't scratch. Alright now we have our first wire loop. I am just going to take our gem stone and thread it on through just like that. Now since this is our first bead we are going to complete the wire looping, about an quarter about the bead just bend the wire down and again we are going to take our round nose pliers and rock it backwards and rock it forwards, to get a semi circle. Bring it around -- three more times. So right at the end, it gets a little messed up because you are just going to cut it off any way. Alright we'll cut off the excess and we have our first completed bead.
