How to Make an Apple and Honey Facial Masque

Hi everyone, so today I’m going to show you how to make an apple and honey mask using products from your kitchen. This is the greengirls.com. So what you’re going to need is some natural honey and apple and you’ll also need some sage. So apples are a great antioxidant to help to ward off free radicals. The sage is a natural antibacterial so it helps to disinfect the skin and the honey is great for softening and smoothing the epidermis.

Cut and core one apple. In a blender puree the apple, drizzle in one tablespoon of honey and a little sage. Apply the mixture to the face and neck. Leave on for five to 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water and then pat dry the skin.

So I’m back from doing my apple and honey mask treatment. Now this consistency is a little bit different. So in this mixture you have lots of honey and so about it does stay on the skin. But once it’s applied and you leave it on for 10 minutes it does really help to soften and moisturize the skin. So would love to hear your feedback. Try this and le me know what you think.
