Steve Watson: If you collect art and you have some pieces you like to hang and easy to
loosen when a dramatic result is creating a museum wall. By using a track
system and accent lighting you can transform any wall in your house.
Okay to build your museum wall first you are going to need the track
system, a cordless drill, electricians pliers, a tape measure, wire strippers,
screw drivers both flat and Philips head and the level. The steps are very
simple, first measure your wall and decide which hanging system you
want to use, for large heavy pieces use the heavy duty steel cable for
lighter pieces use a nylon cable. You can find all the pieces you need
online or the specially primer store. Remember you need enough top
tracks to the entire length of your wall.
For light balance pictures use a single cable, for heavier items two cables
keep them balance and if you like a stock effect remember you can use
multiple hooks on a single cable. Simply screw the track to the wall
mounting the strip tight to the ceiling. With voltage ceilings mount it level
to the lowest part then slide the cables onto the bottom of the track from
the end. Slide the hooks onto the cables lock them tight in any place and
then hang your artwork. If you want to give a shoot click of go list and we
are going to sent you a material lists right to your cell phone. So this is the
great way to show up all those pictures and the artwork that you love or
just a wonderful way to transform the look at any room. Anyone can do it
at about three hours.
