Celia Kibler: Hello. I am glad you are here. My name is Celia Kibler, and I am from Funfit, and we are going to talk about setting up an obstacle course in your home.
Obstacle courses need to have various parts to them. You need to crawl under things, over things, through things, around things, any direction your body can go. So you can gather up stuff in your house like chairs, you can use tables, couches, boxes, whatever you have in the house that you can walk around, go through, go under or go over, you can make an obstacle course with.
We are going to set one up using the things that I have here at Funfit, and we are going to set it up in a circle, so everyone gets to move around the circle, and have loads of fun. Put on your favorite music, and it makes the obstacle course a great time for the whole family. Let's get started. Very good!
