Hello again. This time we are going to make a barking dog by folding a square of paper. So here we go, so your white side is my yellow side, so start with the color side up and fold in half to make a triangle like this, turn it around and then bring one of the edges to the center line quite carefully folding to the corner, turn over, do the same on the other side, also to the edge in the middle and be careful to make a good corner. Now you fold a short edge back to the outside so you see more of the white or in my case yellow and that gives us a new edge here which we can use as a guide to fold the big triangle over against. So when you do that what should happen is that the angle in here is 90, like you see. So fold it all back to this and now if you look inside, you will see that you have a sort of V-shape fold here, so what you can do is to fold one side like this and the other side you need to help a little bit to make it like that and then this will just collapse inside out through the middle.
So what we now have, there is a shape like that. So this was down there and we brought it through the middle. So this is the start of the dog, now we can make the head by folding like this so that the edge here, the edge you have just made is parallel that to the edge at the back. So this edge of the edge that are parallel and there is a little step in the paper here, so flatten it, turn the paper over, on the same line fold in the opposite direction so it's very flexible. Open all of this paper now at the front and you will see a sort of W-shape in the paper. What you need to do is to fold all four parts of that W separately two, three, four and also fold down the center line as well, so that we have something like this. Can you see this? There is the W and here is the line up the middle. So now when you squash everything flat again you need to help it a little bit, it makes quite a big point here so we can press that down flat and that's the basic shape of the dog, the back and the head and the front legs.
So to finish the face of the dog, fold a point back to about -- doesn't really matter, to about there not quite to the back point, fold it forwards again to, again it doesn't really matter, to something like this and finally just fold up the tip, again it doesn't really matter, to make a nose. So we have three folds. Okay so open the paper and open the head so the biggest fold we need to fold like that, the next fold will go back there. So the paper is going in and outs and finally we can just fold up the nose to see some yellow or some white maybe so that's your dog's head, although it can be a little different if you wish. So now the tail just open the inside of the dog, fold the corner to, I don't know, about this sort of point inside, doesn't really matter where you fold it to, fold it back out and again well it doesn't really matter. So we have a tail here at the back. Now flatten the paper on the table, good strong folds so your dog is now finished. So he can stand, he can beg like that or if you hold the front legs and pull the tail he can bark, bark. Thank you.
