Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. We are going to have a great time exercising and tons of energy from this blast so what I want you to do is get up off that couch, and join us, good, today, we are doing a cool hiphop move called the box.
It is an arm move. We got lots of room, here we go starting with our right arm nice and slow to the front, here we go. Going to front and front and you take it back. Let us do it a couple more times slow. Front and front and back, one more time slow, one, two and we are going to pick it up.
Here we go. So when you are exercising, the most important thing to remember to do is rehydrate, what that means is drink tons of water, that will keep you going and give you lots of energy through all your sports and activities. So remember eight glasses of water a day, I know it sounds like a lot. But it is good for you. Looking good. Perfect, this is called the box.
