Hi everyone, welcome to energy blast. My name is Judy and we are going to blast off and have a great time because these energy blasts are going to make you feel great.

The first move is called the step touch. We are going to move side to side, are you ready with your right foot first. Here we go. Step together step, good, you got it and now I am going to add my arms. You add them when you are ready, you are pulling in good.
Let us go a little lower, take it down low, low, good huffing and puffing. Perfect, if your mom and dad are around get them to join us because they need exercise too. Let us go high again.
You can also ask them, what did they use to do when they were younger, when they wanted to get fit and healthy. I bet you they have got great ideas. Let us go low. Down out. Good. Keep breathing. High again. Let us go take it up.
