He is putting the Hummus inside the plate. Now, he is making the famous round. He is starting the round and this is what you get. He is leaving the middle empty in order to put any kind of topping. Now, he is going to put the tahini topping.
Now, he is going to put some spices, some parsley on the top. He is going to clean the plate and just for the beauty of it and for the taste as well, some olive oil. Now, this is a new topping that we just add to the Hummus Place. It's rousted pine nuts. It's going very well with the Hummus. Usually in Israel, they're using it a lot. This is the Hummus.
