Hummus Place is one of my favorite restaurants in New York. Since I don't live there anymore, it's great to have these videos, so you can try to make it yourself. At the restaurant it only costs $6-8 per meal (+tax&tip), so it's definitely worth it. Thank you for the video!

this not a hommous, this is shiit. Since when do you add the sesamy oil on the hummos? You mix it with the chick beans. What you add is a bit of paprika and parsely and put olive oil in the middle

Now, this is a new topping that we just add to the Hummus Place. It's rousted pine nuts. It's going very well with the Hummus. Usually in Israel, they're using it a lot. This is the Hummus.
