Male1: Does massage therapy help at all?
Male2: I think massage, any type of- and I call the passive modalities. Massage, ultrasound, - I think are important if they allow the person to do some type of exercise on the other basis. If all you do is just get a massage everyday of course it is going to make you feel good few hours maybe in a few days.
Male1: But not permanent.
Male2: You need to take that day or two when you are feeling good and walk. You need to use that passive that gave you active.
Male1: Excuse me, you did not say go to a gym and spend $3,000. You said, walking?
Male2: Walking to me is one of the most important things you need to do specially for the lower back.
Male1: I mean, Dr. Oswalt has spoke about walking with his partner from – , this would be the 30 minutes of walking five, six, seven days a week to get your self in shape just by doing that.
Male2: What does shape means? Shape is a very subjective term. I mean shape is different for everybody but of course 30 minutes of walking or some similar low impact is phenomenal. It straightens the ligaments in your back, it helps to push this back in, it helps with posture. I mean walking, make you build to run a marathon but no for the average person I think is very helpful.
