People asking me, Steve, how I loose 30 pounds by the end of the month? As if, I am keeping something a secret.
You need to loose 30 by the end of the month? Low of thought for leg. It is like casting me Steve, I mean five grand by Tuesday, what should I do? Well, you should thought of that a year ago.
Now, what will I do if I had to loose a lot of weight in a short period of time? Now remember: weight gain is gradual and slow so weight loss is gradual and slow. But if you need to loose as much weight as possible in shortest period and time, what would you do? Here is what you do.
You have to cut back your eating because it is much easier not to 500 calories than to do in an hour of Cardio to burn 500 calories. So you got to cut back your eating some. But you cannot put it back indefinitely because you will need calories to run your body and to repair your body. So cut back by 500 calories. A day? That is a pound a week, right there.
Then, I will exercise as much as possible every day. Half an hour cardio in the morning before work, a half an hour of easy cardio at lunch because you do not want to be too sweaty. You have more walk around. Walk around outside the day and where you are. And then finally, cardio at night: an hour of real cardio.
Now cardio has to be an effort. Every step, every movement must take effort because if it is easy, it just does not work as well. Roller balding, pushing glide, does not take much to keep a bike up right, so those are not good forms of cardio. So you cut back your eating, just a little bit, 500 calories a day if not more and then, as much movement as possible in a 24 hour period.
The more you move, the more calories you will burn.
