The new news is, spend some more time with your tape measure, that’s right. It’s more about the quality not just the quantity of your body, so with this tape measure right around your belly button if you’re a woman, it better read below 35 inches if you’re a guy below 40 inches. Why, because the fat deep inside the belly is the most important fat on the human body when you look at issues of heart disease, diabetes and cancer. You don’t want too much of it, so pay attention to that tape measure.
