Begin with your feet, hip distance apart and on inhale sweep your arms over head and exhale preparing for the movement which will simmer in yourself, hands down all the way to your roots. Inhale sweeping up again, reaching all the way to the sky and slow natural exhale as the hands come down. Completing the exhale as the hands reach towards the earth, and inhale reaching up for the last time. Exhale, draw your hands down through the center becoming completely present, open.
Now change the arm movement. Inhale slowly, draw the hands all the way up to the tops of the lungs, full breath and exhale anteing bending your knees, opening the base of your spine. We'll stay with this pose for a few cycles.
Start to feel the natural rhythm of your own breath. So relax with this rhythm, feel your hands becoming receptive, shifting into feeling mind, releasing any tensions, inhibit the flow of your creativity, open to your creativity as the natural reflection of your life force.
Get yourself in renewal and follow the flow of our breath into a more free form spontaneous expression. This movement of rooting and lifting be the primary pose it will explore, this pattern existing in nature in our bodies.
We will prepare to move out into space. Okay, next, inhale, slowly step out in any direction and as you exhale grounding down, shifting your weight and now you are in the free form, unlimited possibility of expressions, naturally arising with every breath. Allow the graceful healing rhythms of Lassia (ph), as the water element as in body grace and flow, to pour through you, rejuvenate you, release any stress from the grid in the metaphorical box and sometime to place yourself in mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually.

Subtle movement by perceiving globally entire body effortlessly and your fingers, neck down to your toes. The tailbone to the ground, bent to the back, left to right. Open the all possibilities of movement. Naturally arising in each unfolding choice, inwardly directed, like riding to your own inner raft of movement and occurrence are the eddies of your breath, the tides of your breathe.
Every time you come into this meditation, either with this or on your own spontaneously anywhere in your home, outside, will always be new, each moment new.
