We are here to talk about meeting the members of the wedding party. Meeting the members of the wedding party can be done in any number of ways but probably the most traditional way is to have a rehearsal dinner and that is usually happens after you have gone through the rehearsal process and sometimes that is the first time you get to meet the wedding party. But it is not bad idea to have a lunch, a lunch or dinner even before that time because you are trying to get an idea of who your going to be spending time with who this people are that are joining their families together. It is a good idea to meet an informal environment before you actually have to go through the steps.
So, you know often there is an engagement party, if there is a time for engagement party a very casual launching will do it can be in a restaurant so you do not have to take on the responsibility of cooking or entertaining in your home if that is uncomfortable for you.
Restaurants are nice and neutral zone and it is a good idea to do it a few days before the actual rehearsal and rehearsal dinner because then you can already have got into know who you are most comfortable dealing with. If there are issues to come up during the rehearsal that you need to try to solve. You know, you already have an idea who you want to talk to because the less things you have to work out be just before the wedding the better because there is so many stressful things that are going on to begin with that the less you have to deal with impromptu the better.
So, meeting the wedding party is really a time for you to get familiar with everyone in the family that is going to be part of the ceremony and to find out what it is that they need and what they like and what they do not like. And how to avoid some of the pitfalls that can occur during the ceremony where people are little stress out in things happen but it should be a great day because it is one of the biggest events of your life.
So, make a point of meeting them, members of the wedding party before the wedding and do it how ever best comfortable.
