Stephanie: Hi, I am Stephanie from Boston. Whenever I go to the gym to workout, I just start sweating so much and soaked. Is there anything to do to cut down on that sweating without changing my workout routine?

Ryan Andrews: Great question Stephanie. There is no need to change your workout routine. Sweating is a normal response to any type of exercise program. Try bringing may be a towel to the gym. Workout next to a fan. Any of those things can help if you evaporative cooling that sweating accomplishes. But at the end of the day just be happy that you are sweating. That's a normal response to activity and exercise.
