Jeannie Mai: Welcome everybody to Fashion 101 with me, Jeannie Mai. Today’s myth is “You can’t mix black and navy? True or False? True: 100% False: 0% Jeannie Mai: For the first time, my dear class, you are all wrong. False You can mix black and navy. Let me bring out my example. Black and navy are actually considered usual colors. So, as long as you step right in with something that pops the separation, you can see that it actually rides together well. Here is a black trouser pant with a navy blazer and white separates them effectively. So, as you can see, you can bring this look together on purpose and not look clueless as long as you follow these rules and most importantly, have fun!
