Male: Sure, as you walk in this is our booking room right and we have two boards, we have the lifestyle women board right and lifestyle men board right here. What I means is actually is it more on product and advertising like you just saw the Advil or the Aquafresh. So, over here we have more of men and women more catalog and beauty. You know were height is important.

Female: So how do you appear at Bella.
Female 1: I meet a couple of girls who are with Bella as well and they really recommended. They are like definitely you go with them. You know they were new agency but they can forwards they have a lot of experience and I love them. They are great actually.
Female: So what do you think about that whole 40 plus idea. I mean it is exciting?
Female 2: Oh yes, it is great and you know what 40 is not what used to be.

Female 2: How will know now is that. You lot of kids will dressed like dress up but I am big kid I am applying dress up.
Female: I am still planning to dress out. What I always found is Bella has a very nice way of making and feel like a family. And I always knew that when I came into the door, I sees smiling face. It was happy to see me and have a hug. You know and you will get that a lot of modeling exist.
