Facial Exfoliation and Moisturizing
Female1: It is very important to make sure that you exfoliate your skin on a regular basis. Especially, I mean, if you all standing to side you know you are going to get your photo shoot and you just try exfoliating it can sometimes cause break outs to happen and—but if you are on a regular basis exfoliating by using like a granular scrub, a face brush, like a glycolic acid, salicylic acid, any of those kind of things. Your skin actually gets like conditioned, like it is kind of like you are working your skin out. You are toughening your skin out so it is harder for a break out to actually happen—
Female2: But if you are going to do these things like you were saying give it a (voice overlap).
Female1: Yes, because like I said, a blemish, you know, it can last seven to 10 days. So if you can start exfoliating, wait before that and you are going to be out of that clear. But yes, it is so important to exfoliate like at least, depending on what kind of exfoliator you are using like the Peach Apricot same of this scrub is little harsh for the face. Like there is some product like—I did not know that the Clinique is like a seven-day scrub which is a really nice products. It is very fine, you can use it at least three times a week, I mean seven days (voice overlap). But when people could exfoliate, __ do not exfoliate for the right amount of time. You need to exfoliate for at least five minutes and you need to lock your thumbs under your jaw just (voice overlap), like at least five minutes and you lock your thumb under your jaw and just seize your finger tips.
Female2: So like this.
Female1: Do this gently and then you place your thumbs on your temple and then you just, very gentle, and see that you are not scrubbing really harsh, you are not harsh.
Female2: So that is why let us find out if it is working for other people because we do not really know how to apply it.
Female1: You can apply it like 30 seconds in a shower.
Female2: Like brushing your teeth, you are supposed to brush your teeth like two minutes, and that goes like 30 seconds.
Female1: Exactly, but it is so important because it makes the skin glow. If you are not exfoliating, your skin is going to look dull, it is going to not grab the make up well, it is going to have dry skin patches and it just does not—
Female2: Yes, I got a facial a couple of weeks ago and I could not believe the difference and she used to peel and she did a fruit peel and it was like a vitamin C facial and I could not believe the difference in my skin. It was just like glowing, you know, it was just so beautiful.
Female1: Because it is the new skin that is popping out.
Female2: Right.
Female1: So it is very important to be using an exfoliator for your skin to just glow. And to find a good moisturizer, so a lot of times people have the combination of the skin and so then they treat their skin like, you know if they have oily T-zone, they treat the whole face like it is oily and there cheeks maybe dry—
Female2: So would you use different moisturizer for the (voice overlap)
Female1: Yes, I have given enough to use like maybe in the evening use one that is more moisturizing and then during the day use like a more oil free one.
Female2: Right.
Female1: So it is very important to treat the areas, you know, if you are oily into here, you should like as well end of your jaw and your cheeks, see that—
Female2: And once you balanced it, can you use all the same moisturizer or does it ever get balanced so—where it is all the same?
Female1: Yes, I say that if you just kind of—you know how it looks like when you use the same shampoo and conditioner on a regular basis and you feel like your face is just gets immune to it and then it like it does not work anymore. It is like, I feel you have to switch it up everyone’s trial and I say using organic like skin care products are really nice because—and you do not worry about you know, having a break out or something like that because really this time if it is organic it is pretty more natural and there are no chemic
