Hey, this is Amster Ramire(ph) today we are going to work on the Moonwalk and the Airwalk okay. First of all in order to do the Moonwalk you need to learn some few different concepts. Most people would not try to learn, I think that they do this, which is completely wrong, you do not want to do that. What you want to do is you want to lift one heel say my right heel like that, then with your opposite foot completely flat on ground, you push it back. Slide heels and push it back. Slide(ph) heels and push it back.
So, heel up opposite to back(ph), heel up opposite to back and back. So, just practice that and see if you can do this one, two, three, four and then when you think that you are better at it you can try something else. So, it is more like this.
Okay, then once you are done with that, you can try doing it maybe in a circle like this or you could try doing it without moving at all like this. Maybe like that and then once you are done with that you can try doing something called an Airwalk, which is like this. Same as that thing but instead before you put your patient back you want to hugger(ph) off to the ground and also you want to try not to move. So, it would look like this. Okay, hope that helps.
