How to Navigate OS X Finder Easily
Welcome to Tekzilla Daily. I’m Veronica Belmont. Finder is an essential part of navigating OS 10 and today I have a few lesser known shortcuts to make your computing habits even snappier. As your sidebar becomes a bit unwieldy, this hit command option CTRL T to bring it back to a more manageable size.
Don’t want to deal with the sidebar at all? Pressing command option T will hide the toolbar and sidebar for that minimalist look so many of you crave. Command shift Y will attach your selected file to a sticky for easy access—.
and if you want to speed you way to duplicate a file without copying and pasting, just hit command D and your selected file will duplicate right there and then. No must, no fuss because in the end, it’s all about customizing your environment.
Now if you have a tip you like to share with the world, let us know. E-mail us at tekzilla@revision3.com and don’t forget tekzilla.com. It’s the place to find more tips, tricks, product reviews, and how to’s.
