I was going to use this video in my Mandarin Chinese class. I can't use it since it's Cantonese. They should change the title to reflect that this is Cantonese so it's not so misleading.

I think you need to change the title how to order food in Cantonese because if you go a chinese restaurant whose mother tongue is Mandarin, they may or may not understand what the Chinese lady told you in the video. I have been learning Mandarin and I did not recognize what the Chinese lady was speaking except few words which are close to Mandarin. 牛肉 means beef ngau juk in Cantonese niu rou in Mandarin though written the same way. You can checkout by going to online dictionary. Mandarin is the official language of China spoken by ~700 million around the world.
