How to outline fonts in a Adobe Illustrator. Avoid having to find and sent fonts to you printer with Illustrator files. For printers to use Illustrator files that contain text made with fonts they either need the actual font file, or the fonts need to be outlined. First open the file that you need to outline the fonts in, then select the type that needs to be outlined go to the Type menu and select the Create Outlines option, then save your file. Now you don't have hunt down the fonts to send to your printer. Thanks for watching.
