Female: No it is not. You have flavors in chocolates that will make all the savors of the wine bring them out and that. So you have each product that will boost the other one. So it’s not just an excuse.
Angelica Le Minh: Just an excuse to go overboard, you know, all the wine, all the chocolates. It’s very precise, you cannot just overdose on both of that, right? It’s fine, it’s very precise, the pairing.
Female: A bite of it.
Angelica Le Minh: So what wine would go with that one though?
Angelica Le Minh: A good part, a good port, a good whiskey, as well totally a tone of 10 or 15 years old.
Female: It will be hard but I will be able to do it.
