Joshua Taylor: Hello, this is Joshua Taylor from testosteronetraining.com. We are back with more exercises to help you increase your testosterone, so you can loose fat, build muscle, and increase the quality of your life.
What we are looking here today is a back step lunge and a reverse grip underhanded bent row. Now I want you to do is, take the dumbbells. You're going to step back with your left foot, keeping your knee over your heel, and you are going to pull up with your hamstring. You are going to do that for 6-8 reps and then you're going to switch the legs, doing all the reps with one leg before you switch. Then you can go right into your bent row, palm with the reverse grip you're pondering in a face away from you.
Bend your knees a little bit, keep your back straight the whole time, pull your elbows always to your side. You do that exercise for eight reps, repeat that super set 3-4 times to increase your testosterone, so you can loose fat, build muscle, and increase the quality of your life.
