I am here with my client Mark Johnson and we are going to demonstrate one of our favorite bicep exercises right now. Alright, Mark is going to get in here and the uniqueness of this exercise guys, is that we have dangled 10 pound plates from the ends of the bar, so that he is forced to go slower, three seconds up, pause at the top, three seconds down and the instability of the rubber bands with the weight forces the balance and stability muscles to fire off and it also forces them to slow the repetition down, therefore it's getting more time and attention, squeezes elbows close through your side, and visualize that you are squeezing water out of sponge right in the bicep the target area.
Good Mark, tighten up that core, but pull the belly button back away from the waist and nice and tight. Good, he is putting those elbows nice and tight to the side and we will do three more, nice and slow. Going really slow, so that the rubber bands will not force the weights to move on you and bounce too much. Let's do two more Mark, nice and slow, squeezing water out of sponge mentality right out in your biceps.
