Hello! My name is Darin Steen coming to you from fatlosslifestyle.com to share with you what I believe to be the absolutely best chest exercise to built big, thick massive packs. Alright it's the Dumbbell bench press.
Forget about the how much your bench mentality. I wish I had a dollar for every time some one how much you bench. A straight bar bench press is going to give you rotary cups a bad tension. The dumbbell chest press is absolutely the way to go. Okay sit down on a bench. Get yourself with the dumbbells up here, pin your dumbbells nice and close to your side, bring them back with you, as you lay back feet on the floor, arch the lower back out dumbbells slightly face each other.
Separate it, down berthing in, because the dumbbells stay slightly facing each other keep that lower back arc stuff and chest open shoulder blades won't close together. Because we are maintaining the slight forward tilt of the palm separated first, down breathing, the elbows come down a little bit closer to the body then out here which is negative on the rotary cup.
So keep the dumbbells facing each and the elbows come closer to the body and that's three, down separate them, down breathing in, they both stay about three or four inches off the pack. Don't let the dumbbells stay close and touch the pack. Keep mount here keep constant touching on the chest and blow. Separate them down breath in, pause for a second, feel the stretch, keep the lower that lower back arch up.
Separate them down slow, bring your elbows in dumbbells on the floor. Do three or four sets of those to failure in the 12 to 15 rep range and you'll absolutely put constant positive focus on the chest. Do it couple of times a week plug together a great nutrition, interval cardio first in the morning, social support and a great goal setting strategy and you'll be on your way to having the physic and the chest that you want.
