You really need to watch your demo planks -- it should be straight and strong all the way through. There should be NO dip in the lower back when jumping back to plank. If not done correctly you can seriously injure your lower back and you should warn of this as well as show the optional 'step back' (no jump) if someone doesn't have the core strength to hit the plank properly.
