How to Perform Cable Lat Raises

The next exercise that in our show going to show today is single-arm cable upside lateral. When you do upside lateral, you really want to focus regardless whether it's a cable or a straight light. You are really want on focus on the actual technique of the exercise and not swing too much. Now I am going to set this up at the bottom of the cable, grabbing one side, hold on to something if there is something there to grant you any form or any posture, keep your chest out nice and control as I have now and come out nice and wide. Now we may try to make it straight. Right up all the way and we do it that your thumb is pointing down still a little bit and your pinky is up, see my thumb is pointing down just a tiny bit, and all the way I pull and straight up.
