How to Perform Chest Building Combo

Lee Hayward: Hey, how is it going, it's Lee Hayward here and I got a question for you. What's your most stubborn body part, you know the one that just absolutely refuses to grow no matter what you do, now we all got him no body is perfect every body has at least one stubborn muscle group. I know for a lot of my coaching students the big stubborn body part is the chest. I get emails all the time people saying you know Lee what can I do to build my chest, what can I do to speed up growth and everything else. So that's exactly what I am going to show you today. I have got a killer superset combo that you can do at any of your chest workouts that will helps growth. Alright, so what we are going to do is a superset pec-dec-flies and pushups and you do this at the end of your workout so I mean you can do whatever workout you want but this will be safe and to really pump up muscles. So, I am just going to take a moderate weight and pec-dec and pump 10-12 reps. Alright, immediately after that just got hit floor to do set pushups. Alright, so how you will do it is you just alternate that back and forth, you know probably take like a minute or so rest after the superset and then just paying out a set of pec-dec-flies immediately hit the floor doing a set of pushups rest a minute do it again.
