We're going to show you a boxing technique that we use in our club. It is sensational. There are so many advantages. For one, it is so aerobic. It can get your heart rate up from around 160 to 180 after a set of these and baby that's intense, and that's exactly when you need to boost your anabolic hormones to gain muscle and lose fat. And the other thing is it works your abdominal in a unique plain of motion, from side to side.
Take a look at the abdominals of any boxer that you know of and they have got a great mid section. So here is what we do in the club. I highly suggest that you try this technique a couple of times a week in addition to the abdominal exercise that you're doing right now. And remember, it's not only about the exercise that you get, it's about the foods that you eat and the thoughts that you think to put the whole package together. Alright, here we go. Now here is the key. You need to focus on pulling just as much as you do punching. Think of starting a chainsaw. Starting a chainsaw and you really pull. So two punches with the right pulling, focusing on the pulling. And then two punches with the left, focus on the pulling. And then in the end when you get a little fatigued then you really going to do a little bit more rapid fire. So here we go. Use your pointer and 2-1-- really get into the pulling motion back here and you really will be able to feel it here, you will be able to feel it in you rear delts. Now go three. Three, two, one. Three, two, one. And four, three, two, one. Four, three, two, one. Last round. Five, four, three.
