Diagonal Warm-up
Okay boys, continuing on, the next step is to dribble the ball at speed, and when you cross half way, you then pass the ball in with a good inside of the foot push pass, to the next person in the line, and sprint to the end of the line that you are moving towards. So everything now that we have gotten our warm up in, and we have now touched the ball a little bit, is at a faster speed, all the touches are clean. You sprint with the ball, pass the middle line of the grid, pass it in crisply to your teammate, who is waiting at the grid, that person touches it out of their feet, and that speed attacks the other side, that they are headed towards.
Ready play.
Good, once again the players may take a direct route if it's available, or an indirect route, if it's not. But whatever they do, they should do it as fast as they possibly can. That's an excellent pass right there, and well done again. Good, well done boys, and some of them, you hear them starting to communicate with each other, and some are still very quite. All players should be calling for the ball at all times. If they want the ball, they should call for it. Call for the ball. There you go, well done, and can we do it with speed. Can we do it with speed. Yes, well done.
