Keeping with the line concept; if you have a line where it intersects, you can make that into a four square. And what you are going to do? You are going to label each square, a number. So if Bobby is standing right here, I am going to keep that as the one and that's always going to be the one; two, three, and four.
Now like a lot of drills that we have shown, you can branch this off and do it in a many different ways. What we are going to do to start? Just do a traditional four square going one, two, three, four, and one.
Rest!
One of the rules I have with this is, especially if you have a partner to make it a little bit harder. If that person touches the line then that revolution doesn't count. So be strict with each other. Make sure that you are still going through perfect, Perfect practice makes perfect, not just practice. So make sure that you are going through and you are going through right.
