I would have appreciated more shots of the location of the feet in each exercise.

How to Perform Elastic Exercises part 4/4

Female Speaker: Now Quadra biceps. We are starting off with basic bicep curl. So what you do biceps, with this emotion is bicep curl, a little flexion, don't go same pace. To tempo is as always 1000, 2000 to begin with. And if you want to make things little more complicated, we are going to do is shoulder rotation outwardly and once again. Same movement elbow flection okay as you going up, exhale going down inhale. Now to make things even more hard, what Patrick did is like using the tree also the elastic band, make sure that when you are doing the movement the elbow stays. You are not bringing it down or up, you are keeping at the same level. And because there is nothing supporting your arm its that much harder because you have to keep it up. So that being said we wish you lots of let in your biceps. You'll definitely feel it.
