Hello! Darin Steen here from FatLossLifeStyle.com, here to show you our ultimate abdominal exercise. If you want ripped Abs, this one is going to do it for you. Go over and find a Smith type rack with a bar, you want to hang from it, hands up here, slowly hang from it, and that bar is to the right the smaller back, right above the buns. Drive your chin down below, bring your knees up and pause. Breathe it in, blow air out, chin down to the chest, pause, two, one. We then blow air out, chin down, pause, two, one. You can get some quick rapid ones in; seven, six, five, four, three. You can also straighten your legs up for three, two, and one, pull them up and down.
There is all kind of Abs on this exercise, it is incredible, you might want to think about putting a pad on this bar, if you got an issue with the pushing in the smaller back but I don't. Make sure that bar is right in the smaller back. Do two or three sets of 30 repetitions at failure, and you will go a long away in starting to get those ripped Abs but remember. Alright come over here and I will show you someone, who utilized that exercise to get ripped Abs and take ten inches off their waist. Yes I said ten. Right here is Mr. Mike Degol, who trained with this for 12 weeks. Right here is Mike's before and after pictures, and he did lose over ten inches off his waist. But I want you to let you know it wasn't just that abdominal exercise. You can do all the best abdominal exercises in the world. That is not going to give you that look that you want. It's a combination of exercises like that, eating small healthy meals often, doing your cardio, preferably internal first thing in the morning, in a fasting state, it's positive mindset, and it's healthy lifestyle choices.
So for more tips and more testimonials like Mike's go to FatLossLifeStyle.com. Thank you very much.
