Kimberly: Today's exercise is knee stretches with obliques. Now, we've done knee stretches already, so review that first, and then we will go into the knee stretches with obliques. So, stand behind the ball with your hands on top of the ball, and then you press your shins into the ball sort of give a weight to the ball, walk your hands on the floor, and then walkout here in one long line. So, you want the ball right under the shins, squeeze the glutes, inner thighs, and the abs in this position and a nice long neck. Now, over your knee stretches here, exhale to flex the spine and the knees, pull the knees to the forehead and inhale reaching back out.
Yes, one more time. Exhale knees in, so this is knee stretches, and now knees stretches with obliques when she curls in she is going to take both knees to the left shoulder. so exhale twisting, so both these got left shoulder and inhale back find that one long line, make sure you don't drop too much. Exhale both knees to the right shoulder and inhale, or you just straighten your tops, you can see how flat her abs are, and exhale both knees to the left and inhale, lovely. And exhale, one last time both knees to right and make sure you're keeping your shoulders down, yes. To come up you have two options, you can walk your hands back or you can take one leg off and just bring it to the floor, whichever is more comfortable for you. And that is knee stretches with obliques using the stability ball.
