We got a couple of 60-70 pound dumbbells on the floor, we got a mat, you are going to stick your toes underneath the dumbbell handles. Okay, one second Cordell. Alright, Cordell show us what to do. Drive the chin down, take up that mid section and up. Settle down nice and slow, good. Come up slow, drive that chin down nice and tight and explode. Good, set it down nice and slow, feel as negative as you sit down, slow, good, drive that chin down, and explode. Good. Nice and slow. Oh boy, good, drive that chin down first and explode. You get a little hip flexor action into it. Drive that chin down, pull that air up and explode. Set it down slow, five, four, three, two, one, alright here we go. Let's do three more, and explode. Good, and explode. Good. Alright, the last one, drive it down and explode, and relax, good.
