Welcome back to PowerHouse Kickboxing. Today we're going to talk about simple combinations in the Roundhouse kick. We're going to start with punch-kick combination. We're going to do Jab, Roundhouse thrust, back in position again. Back in position.
Second one is Cross Roundhouse. Now, we're going to do Cross Hook Roundhouse. The Kick Roundhouse, single Roundhouse is a bit easier but the ability to kick in combination is the key. So again, remember you have to flip your hip. So when you do punch, jab and when you kick, you need to rotate your hip to get most power from the technique again. Same thing with the Roundhouse, one, two, again one, two, back in position.
Next step when you can do punch after the kick. So we're going to do Jab Roundhouse Cross, back in position. Again. Back in position again. And now, we're going to do Jab Cross, Roundhouse Cross. Again, back in position again, again.
Now, we're going to go through exercise to improve your Roundhouse flow with the punches. So first, like we did before, we're going to push not the kick. We're going to push first, flip your hip, lock, cross. Again very slow and keep the flow, don't break it. So here we go again, one, lock, back in position.
Use your body flow against it. You flip your hip, you block, then you're using rotation. With the hook, you lower another punch, cross, back in position. Again, one, back in position, back in position.
Now, we're going to do Front leg roundhouse. We going to do slip, front slip and cross after that. Again, one more time, one more time, one more time.
And now we're going to combine the whole thing together. Very slow and again keep the flow, don't break the rhythm, again.
Now, we're going to do a Front Leg Roundhouse, which should go to inside leg of the opponent. Again we're going to do it with the punch and kick combination. First I will show the kick. So from this position and you go. Back in position and just standing and --
Now we can do it with the punch, or cross, back in position. Now again, we're going to follow up with a punch. So punch, Roundhouse, punch. We are going to do jab, again stand jab.
Again remember,. when you do Front Leg Roundhouse, flip the hip little bit from outside. Again, use butt, leg rotation in one momentum motion. Again you have to follow through again. And now with the punch. Cross, back in position, again cross. One more time.
