How to Perform Reverse Twisting Crunches

Travis Steffen: This is Travis Steffen for workoutbox.com. Today, we are going to be going over a manual resistance movement known as lying reverse twisting crunch with a play ball. I am going to be lying on my back with my legs on top of a play ball firmly gripping it. I am going to be lifting my legs and my hips, so that I can feel the contraction in my obliques when I twist a knee to one side. It doesn't look like much but this can be a very effective oblique workout if done correctly.
