Doug Jones: Hi, here we go, now we are going to go ahead turn to using some common things my fine shed somewhere in your backyard, sledge hammers and do some pushups with the sledge hammers and rarely so they are called sledge hammers pushups.
So what we are going to do is, we are going to go ahead and bend up just ten right here angel these out little bit that shoulder width part everything is same, shows right pull my hands back as nice and straight, and fully closed round back up. Then what we are going to do come to my knees bring it up front see the handles are sticking out horizontally here, and bring this completely over my head for another take up.
Full range of motion for my shoulders, working my back in here my traps, this is going to be a great work out, right here this is one exercise. Put this with somebody other pushups you have being doing so far, would best for it to the workout program section, and as if all the twist like may be bringing them up here, with some presses and those your sledge hammer push ups more to come with those later.
