Hi, my name is Troy Anderson and I am the owner of Anderson Training Systems, the fitness coaching business located in Tempe, Arizona. I am going to show you a swing variation with the Kettlebell with you today. It's called the walking swing, it's essentially something I owned from Jason C Brown. That's where I first saw from his excellent perfect drill especially if you want to get a little bit added conditioning component. Again, it's kind of a tiny joke as it's a little bit more advanced in nature. It's basically we're just going to take a swing, we are going to take steps underneath that swing, it's time to go. I have been out in the world at different space in my facility here that I normally have so I can kind of give you hopefully better look of what it looks like. This is an excellent drill for those of you that are using boot camps or doing outdoor fitness exercise for your personal program and where you have plenty of wide open space. I have some nice hallways in here which you can't unfortunately see and get a good angle mount for the camera, but if you have a larger facility, they work great there too.
With the walking swing, I am going to use a timing mechanism. So I am actually going to do a double swing. So I am going to do a normal swing and then I am going to swing again, I am going to take my steps underneath it. I am going to actually step out of screen here, when I first start to show you, so I want you to be able to see a lateral perspective of kind of what it looks like. I think it's got to be a lot more valuable to you as far as being able to apply it and then hopefully, you will be able to take it out, use it with your own Kettlebells, use it with your own training program. Hopefully, I have Kettlebells that you can use it with.
So I am going to slide out the weight here a real quick and I will be passing by just a second. So you can see there, I am catching that for high point, I am bringing my feet up underneath me and then I am getting back and pushing back, weight on the heels and to get position.
Let's go ahead and see if I can get a little bit different angle here, coming by, so you can catch this. So start my timing out, swing step, out, swing step, out, swing step. Hopefully, I am giving a pretty good look at it. If you have any questions, feel free to stop at our website.
