Darin Steen: Hello, Darrin Steen coming at you from FatLossLifeStyle.com, if you want the ultimate upper body, shoulder exercise, we got it right here for you. We are going to show you shoulder press that will just rip your shoulders and shreds, here we go, my partner Cordell here is going to get underneath a bar. We got the weight dangling with some rubber bands, 25 off of each end. And then we just put the extra weight down the end, seated shoulder press, we need ten repetitions, nice and slow, good. Drive that head up, get the chin out of the way and look down a little bit as you push the bar to the ceiling.
Cordell: Add up weight.
Darin Steen: Big breath, then blow, and drive your chin down, good, as the bar goes down, head up. Add up boy, alright chew more Cordell, here we go. And head down, look at down, force those elbows through, alright, this is the one, right here, down breath it in, head up, and once you pass the chin look down, a little bit, push it through, add up boy, good, down slow, down slow, good show, three, two, and excellent. Fantastic shoulder exercise, this exercise is like that, that have helped our clients here in our private studio in Chicago, Illinois, like Mark Shanton here, who packed on over 10 lbs of muscle, in a short amount of time. The advantage of those rubber band exercises that we just did right over there are that you have to go slower, it's constant tension on the muscle down three seconds pause, up three seconds, and it is always constant tension on the muscle, and it get you out of there, how much your bench man is telling you, you are going really fast. Try that rubber band seated shoulder press exercise to get some really big king size deltoids.
