Kendra: I think you have got no time for exercise? You might be surprised to learn that you can set the exercise in as you go about your day. In fact, you can incorporate solid workouts into your everyday routine without even feeling like you are exercising.
Exercise#1
Leg Extensions: Sitting upright at your desk with your knees bend, raise one of your legs, pulling up through your entire leg muscles. This exercise is really effected at building strong quadriceps and toning your upper thigh. Remember to keep your foot flat, and don't forget to switch legs. With a little bit of practice you can do this anywhere. I have demonstrated this exercise lying down to show the detail of the movement, but it can also be done standing up. Put your hands on your stomach between your hip bones. Start to tuck your tail bone under, and pull in your lower belly, contract and release several times, not only is it a great core toner, it also works wonders for your posture.
Exercise#2
Glute Squeezes: Sitting up straight, squeeze your butt muscles so that you can feel your body right. Keep contracting and releasing until you start to feel the burn. This is an exercise you can do anywhere, in the car waiting for the stoplight, or while watching TV.
Start with these exercises, and in no time you will be amazed at the difference they have made in your body.
