What’s up everybody, my name is Epic. You guys have seen my videos on YouTube, TRICKSet or Epic and his passion. But today, I'm going to teach you guys a tutorial on how to do a 540 kick.
First, I’m going to demonstrate what’s a 540 kick. A lot of you know what it is.

Now, to do a 540 kick, you’re going to need the basics, the tornado kick. That one looks like you go here to there.

If you have the basic tornado kick down, then you could probably do a 540 kick. On the 540 kick, it’s a move that you can only do by yourself. You can see people who are probably doing it but it’s not the same. We tell you how to do it, it’s up to you to achieve it.
So first, the start, you wind up if you want before you can get the momentum. I like to wind up, so you're here, wind up, arms are important. You’d go here with your body, kind of like in arch but a fly arch and you go step here. I step wide. I would say it doesn’t matter. You step, use your arms, throw them down and up, bring this knee up, and this foot is going to kick up and over and you’re going to land on that same leg but keep your body upright because a lot of people, they will try and kick and they’ll go like that, let their body fall forward and they’ll mess up and the kick is really low.
When you use your body and especially your hips, you got to put your hips into it. When you put your entire body into it and even breathe out or yell or just let out some kind of energy, it’s so much better. So you go here and go. Alright, one more time.

From the side angle, just like I said before, I will slow it down for you. You’re here, wind up, work your body, step where I’m down, bring them up, the knee as it comes up and over, land on the same leg, so again here, step and then land.
