So say you want to learn about back flip. Well, I know how to do one, you want to learn one. I will help you, okay.
So, there are three main parts of back flip. There is a jump, there is tuck, and there is landing.
With jump, you can start with your hands up or with your hands down. I prefer them with my hands down because I do not know I just like parallel. And when you are going to jump, you do not want to bend knees pass this angle. We want them this angle right here. And then when you are going launch you put your hands up all the way. You’re going to reach up as high as you can.
This part is the hardest part about it. When you get to the peak of your jump that will be very tough, you got to want to keep a straight spot right in front of you about eye level. And do not bend your head back because that will ruin your back flip and you will land in your head and die. No good.
So, when you get to the top have your hands up, you are in air, you are keeping a spot and then you are tucking it right like this or you can either grab under or right here or on your knees. Do not grab on your butt you will not get a good cut like that. I prefer it on my knee. So, you jump, knees up, tuck and you lean back all at the same time.
The landing is the easiest part. Once you get your body pull around like this just stick it.
The biggest problem with people starting out back flip is the fear of it. Fear of going backwards and not knowing what you are doing. This is really not that scary once you get your first time. So, I suggest maybe if you are too afraid get somebody to spot you like hold your back up and if you start to freak out then they catch you and make sure you do not die.
