Female: Hi, welcome to the last episode of Rock Your Body Series and today’s episode is all about chest. My chest is my pride and my joy and paid a lot of money to make them look like this and I will not give them exactly the way the doctor made it. And do not get me wrong, this is not a commercial for a boob job but once you are flat. You are flat and there is nothing you can do about it and working out is definitely not going to help you but at least you can develop some strength and is good for you too.
So let us do some workout for your chest. So you lay back on your mat. So the first exercise that we are going to do are this push ups and you are going to just push weights up above your nipples and everybody has nipples somewhere also it is going to feel a little different for everyone three, four, ten, a little bit of cheating. I just do not want you to watch for two minutes so I am going to do it a little bit faster.
Now the other exercise is that you are going to do this B shape and again for 10 reps, three oops 10 and then you are going to do the V-shape reversed one, two, do not forget to breathe, four, 10, and now I do not know what is the name of this one but I do not have to explain again you sure can see it.
So this is one set by 40 reps and you are going to do three sets so you are going to have 120 reps again which should be enough for you.
