OMG! I'd let her punch me if it would get me closer to her. LOL. I was just practicing a punch in my dream but I think now that mine were not front punches. I was doing a lower cut punch my kung fu instructor showed me for maximum damage when I was a kid.

I really like aerobic kickboxing because it is really easy exercise for me to do because I do not know anything about martial arts and these movements are really basic. So before I am going to show you the basic punches, I am going to warm up a little bit. So warm up looks like this. (demo)

I have to do it a couple of times before we do any kicks or punches. You are losing out your shoulders and your hips and your legs back. That is good and now the basic punches.

So you punch and you pull your arm back, punch and pull back. When I am punching I am putting my foot on the toe like this so it is punch back.

And I am also squeezing my glutes when I am doing this and when you exhale your working your abs. So with exhale you are squeezing glutes and your abs, and you are working your shoulders and your arms so it is practically the whole body workout. If you do it 50 times you can now feel the muscle burning for sure. So that is it for now and I will see you next time on Body Rock TV.
