So, right now, I am in Czech Republic in front of 13th Century Rock Castle. And originally, I was going to climb up there because there is like a million stairs to go on the top. But then, I saw that, which is much higher. I think it is very cool and I am going to climb up there. It is a more challenge. I am going to get incredible workout and hiking is a part of a fitness.
So, if you go hiking, just make sure that where you are hiking, there is a stream. So, if you are thirsty, you can drink. I am kidding. I have my own water. Okay, let us go.
I grew up in Prague, which is quite a big city, but I always preferred a country inn when I was little, I spent a lot of time in my cottage in that little country. This is the way how I am releasing stress and how I am getting fit. This definitely be as the gym. You cannot compare shape in the nature to working out at the gym.
So, for me, this is the best way of getting fit. See, this is way more better than the stair master. I can feel my muscles burning and it has got better and more benefits like I am breathing fresh air, I get to see this beautiful place and it is for free.
So, I am up here. It took me about 20 minutes to climb 300 meters. I’m very impressed by the view, it is beautiful over here and I can see the castle over there. That was the place that I was originally going to climb, but this was way better workout. It was more challenging and it just feels incredible. If you can go hike, just go hike. Just explore your own country or some other countries. No matter where you go, if you have like some nice hike and you are going to feel incredible.
