Hi You Tube users! This is a tutorial for a combo roundoff with full, all right. This is kind of a like a round up backflip into a backflip with a 360 twist. I’ll demonstrate it ones real quick.

Okay, the key on doing this is controlling how you come out of certain flips, all right. Mainly the back of it because each them you’re going backwards. If you don’t have the roundoff down, if you don’t have the roundoff backtuck down or back layout down, maybe even a full, I recommend you get those down before you try this, all right. This is a little bit in between intermediate and advance. So these are the key. You’re going to roundoff first, here. You plain your feet, all right you whip. When you do the whip, you want to be at least about here or standing up. So when you whip, you get enough whip to get over, so when you get the whip down and you have enough control at the rebound of a roundoff whip and then you can start going into the full.
So first you want to get the roundoff whip down here. All right, you want to get a good rebound off that. Now the full part is kind of confusing. It’s a lot of control. Some people will like they’ll freak out of that whip, a lot of people when they started learning like combos like that, they do like something a wrap through a whip. They could skid a little here and they’ll be “Oh” you know freak out. I used to do the same thing. But what you want to think about is going upwards like you’re going to into another whip or another back flip one you’re in the air then you fall and you come over. Now, these are the ones. The first one I demonstrated, I landed probably about kind of close to the ground that was because I didn’t have enough height to do a clean one, all right.
So this is an actually tutorial on doing clean roundoff with fulls. I probably do one more. This one is in slow motion.
[Demonstration]
Okay, and then hopefully that helped, all right. If you’re still having problems, contact me or somebody that you know can do this or if you have any ideas or other comments you want to throw in there. I'm going to do one more for you guys.
[Demonstration]
And that’s the tutorial for the roundoff whip full.
