What’s up everybody? This is Epic from Trick Set. You can find us on the You Tube. This is a tutorial for the sideflip. A lot of you guys see that people like chase armistice, dolomitize everybody at the free rank group or Chinese box whatever, to decide to make it look so easy, here is how. There is a little move called the two steps, which is the first step where they go one-two and they can flow, go up and tuck high, open out. It is this tutorial on it but at this point, ladders to it and I will show you step-by-step.
What I’m going to do is I’m going to break it down a little bit more and more. All right so for starters, I’ll demonstrate of it.

I like to tuck but you don’t have to really but I tuck just for safety. One way to practice it is you can have a body of your standing here like this or like that. Or if you go to a gymnastic gym, you can have a block here and you can practice more like over the block and then with the ground.
The more I did that to the block, I use to do that one-two step until to over it to where it just fall like nothing. So I’m going to do it one time real quick. We’re going to go up, one-two-step, jump up, and lean that way with this leg up a little bit. As you push off this leg how to butterfly kick with a one-two, so it’s the one-two-tuck. You see the ground right up and down.
