Alright, first thing we are going to deal with here is an Arm Drag and this can basically work if someone is grabbing for your head or also if they are throwing a baking maker.
So let's just say, he is going to throw a big punch at me. All I'm going to do is block, and now I need to bring his arm across my center line. As soon as I bring it across my center line, this arm is not doing anything anymore. Now it's going to be this back arm. Grab the back of his shoulder and I twist my body, both of my feet are going to turn, similar to how you turn as you are striking.
So I'm going to turn my body and now I'm behind him. Notice that his arm is still trapped. In self-defense, the once major thing I need to worry about, is this elbow right here. So I'm going to keep my head tight to him over here.
One more time. This time I'll have him -- grab from/through my neck. Block, bring it across the center line and as soon as his arm across to my center line, I'm going to grab the back of his shoulder, I'm going to twist my body. Ideally, I'm going to catch his thigh, put it inside of my thigh, so he can't keep going. Here is the block and I'm right behind him.
